Haute Routes

Our vision is to connect various routes to build a long, exciting trail through the Caucasus. We envisage a tour that would last about one week and would include at least one mountain of more than 5000 meters. Imagine what that would be like!

We want to be systematic about exploring the Haute Route Caucasus. We are currently preparing the detailed analysis of the possibilities. In the meantime, please look at the other locations we have identified.

Racha and Svaneti are two interesting areas which we have not yet explored all. We have heard that there is an exciting range in Racha, but currently do not know more.

Svaneti may include some wonderful opportunities for randonnée skiing. However, to our knowledge they have not yet been explored. Also, travel in this area remains hazardous.
