Bakuriani

This range of mountains is lush. It is not as high as the range around Gudauri. The snow melts sooner and by mid-March it is already getting a bit late. The randonnée skiing in this area is more for landscape experience than for great, long descents. On a good day, however, you have a view of the full Caucasus range.

You can also follow the mountain range either West or South, if you want to go for distance.
